Great beach and food, plenty of free water sports and comfortable room with daily cleaning. Location is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Ample space to laze around.
Long check-in times, poor organization for Christmas dinner and not enough pool seating. Limited hot water and coffee. Not enough kid-friendly activities.

Had an amazing city trip! The complimentary drinks and snacks were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and activities we wanted to do. We also enjoyed the convenience of having public transportation nearby.
While we loved the location, there were a few drawbacks. We experienced some beach solicitation for sales, which made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring establishments kept us up at night. However, overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning.

Over my xmas vacation, was impressed by the great views and proximity to the beach, together with two awesome complementary gifts! In addition, the hotel had a lot of activities making it easy to stay entertained.
The facilities were in dire need of updates and renovations. Furthermore, the staff seemed disinterested in providing customer service.

Had a pleasant stay, totally recommend this place. Good meal and great service. Really loved the food at their on-site restaurant Bamboo. We had an ocean view from our room. Moreover, bonus was free Wi-Fi.

The location was fantastic. Despite many students who came to the island to celebrate, not crowded.
The excursions offered by a separate tour operator are very questionable. If you are not or do not want to be an animal torturer, you should urgently stay away from pig-swimming ("swimming with pigs")! The animals are driven into the water and held by the onlookers, lifted up and beaten. The bathroom should be overhauled.

Food was delicious. Beach is fantastic and has enough and very comfortable deckchairs
Employees at the bars are usually very unfriendly and unmotivated, as are those at the reception. The rooms have a door leading to the next room, which is zero sealed. Mine even had a gap. You can hear every word.

Food was always top, beach was also good, room is ok and clean
Connecting door between the rooms, therefore very loud at night. Airco very loud, better switch it on before going to sleep. Only club members get parasols, that was really a joke, the sun burns so much that you can't get along without a parasol.
